What should I do if it doesn't connect to my car?
- Make sure your car is a 2016 or newer model with a USB port that supports factory wired Apple CarPlay.
- Reset your car stereo to factory settings, then try again.
Apple CarPlay cannot connect to my phone. What should I do?
- Forget the Bluetooth pairing between your phone and the car/motorcycle.
- Ensure Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled on your phone.
- Remove your car in CarPlay settings.

The indicator light does NOT turn on. What should I do?
- Try another USB cable.
- If the light is still off, power the AI Box using a wall adapter.
- When using it on a motorcycle with a bypass, remove the bypass and try again.
The indicator light turns red. What should I do?

- Try a different USB cable.
- Restart your car’s infotainment system.
Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are connected, but Android Auto is not working?
- On your phone, open Google Play Store.
