What should I do if it doesn't connect to my car?
- Make sure your car is a 2016 or newer model with a USB port that supports factory wired Apple CarPlay.
- Reset your car stereo to factory settings, then try again.
Apple CarPlay cannot connect to my phone. What should I do?
- Forget the Bluetooth pairing between your phone and the car/motorcycle.
- Ensure Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled on your phone.
- Remove your car in CarPlay settings.

Android Auto cannot connect to my phone. What should I do?

The indicator light turns red. What should I do?
- Check whether your vehicle supports wired CarPlay.
- Try a different USB cable.
- Restart your car’s infotainment system.
Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are connected, but Android Auto is not working?
- On your phone, open Google Play Store.
- Uninstall the current Android Auto app
- Reinstall the latest version.
- Reconnect the Al Box and try again.

What should I do if Android Auto cannot connect to my Harley motorcycle?
- Forget the Bluetooth connection and then pair it again.
- Delete the current Android Auto app and reinstall the latest version from
the Google Play Store.
Having Trouble Connecting Your 2025 AI Box to Your Harley? You Might Have Missed This Step
1.First, pair your Bluetooth helmet or Bypass with your Harley motorcycle.
This is a necessary step — note that it is the helmet or Bypass that should be paired with the bike, not the AI Box via Bluetooth.
Without this, the built-in CarPlay system on the motorcycle will not function properly.
2.Next, connect the AI Box to the motorcycle.
The AI Box will automatically restart to calibrate the screen resolution.
3.This step is very important. If the vehicle cannot connect, it is very likely due to this reason.
After the AI Box finishes calibration, power off your Harley for one minute before trying again.
4.If all the steps above have been followed correctly but the AI Box still does not start, try resetting the Harley motorcycle’s infotainment system. After that, unplug and then re-plug the AI Boxto see if it starts working properly.
CarPlay says "Please connect a headset" even though my helmet is already connected. Whatshould I do?
1. Check your bike's Bluetooth list and remove CP-AI-BOX if it's paired.
2. If this is your first time using CarPlay and the prompt keeps appearing, try pulling the main fuse for a few minutes, or reset your bike's stereo system.
