What should I do if it doesn't connect to my car?
This device is plug-and-play, but may initially fail to connect due to vehicle settings. Try:
1.Ensure it's plugged to the USB port for wired CarPlay.
2.Turn off Bluetooth and WiFi on your phone, then restart both the device and your car.
3.Reset vehicle's stereo if needed.
4.Android phone users, enable "Apple CarPlay" in vehicle settings.
What should I do if it doesn't connect to Wireless CarPlay/ Android Auto?
if wireless CarPlay/Android Auto isn't working, try:
1. Ensure Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on your phone are on.
2. Forget your car's Bluetooth in your phone's settings.
3. Forget your car in your phone's CarPlay/Android Auto settings.
4. Disable your phone's personal hotspot.
5. Restart your phone.

1.First, pair your Bluetooth helmet with your Harley motorcycle.
This is a necessary step — without it, the built-in CarPlay system on the bike will not function properly.
2.Next, connect the AI Box to the motorcycle.
The AI Box will automatically restart to calibrate the screen resolution.
3.This step is very important. If the vehicle cannot connect, it is very likely due to this reason.
After the AI Box finishes calibration, power off your Harley for one minute before trying again.
