• Check whether your vehicle supports wired CarPlay.
• Try a different USB cable.
• Restart your car’s infotainment system.
  
  

• Unplug the AI Box and perform a factory reset on the motorcycle.
• Connect your Bluetooth helmet and select Rider Mode.

Can’t Connect Your 2025 CarPlay AI Box to Your Motorcycle? Try These Steps
1.First, pair your Bluetooth helmet with your Harley motorcycle.
This is a necessary step — without it, the built-in CarPlay system on the bike will not function properly.
2.Next, connect the AI Box to the motorcycle.
The AI Box will automatically restart to calibrate the screen resolution.
3.This step is very important. If the vehicle cannot connect, it is very likely due to this reason.
After the AI Box finishes calibration, power off your Harley for one minute before trying again.
