The indicator light does NOT turn on. What should I do?
- Try another USB cable.
- If the light is still off, power the AI Box using a wall adapter.
- When using it on a motorcycle with a bypass, remove the bypass and try again.
The indicator light turns red. What should I do?
- Check whether your vehicle supports wired CarPlay.
- Try a different USB cable.
- Restart your car’s infotainment system.
What should I do if the AI Box does not work on a Harley-Davidson motorcycle?
- Unplug the AI Box and perform a factory reset on the motorcycle.
- Connect your Bluetooth helmet and select Rider Mode.
- Plug in the AI Box again and reconnect.
Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are connected, but Android Auto is not working?
- On your phone, open Google Play Store.

1.First, pair your Bluetooth helmet with your Harley motorcycle.
This is a necessary step — without it, the built-in CarPlay system on the bike will not function properly.
2.Next, connect the AI Box to the motorcycle.
The AI Box will automatically restart to calibrate the screen resolution.
3.This step is very important. If the vehicle cannot connect, it is very likely due to this reason.
After the AI Box finishes calibration, power off your Harley for one minute before trying again.
