Ordered it for my 2023 cvo street glide.
1 min for complete installation. Follow the guide provided.
1 imp note though. Connect your ear piece(cardo in my case) before you connect the phone to the onince unit.

UPDATE: After watching a YouTube video by a creator named In The Friction Zone (email: [****]) I did a factory reset following on the unit. It now works even better than it did before my last review.

Works perfectly loaded up first time make sure you have ear buds or head set loaded make sure your phone is deleted from your harleys bluetooth devices.
